Re: Chrysis inaequalis?

Thanks ALex, Chrysis corusca is a very rare species in The Netherlands, C. solida is unknown (not as a species but if it's rare, common etc.).

Re: Chrysis inaequalis?

its a female Chrysis sp. in the ignita-complex, looks a lot like C. corusca, but could potentially be C. solida as well although the long T3 fits decidedly better with the former

Re: Chrysis 2 Trentino

Chrysis sp. in the ignita-complex. Looks a lot like Chrysis mediata Linsenmaier, 1951 to me, its at least the "mediata-subgroup (solida, mediadentata, pseudobrevitarsis etc), and not one of the short-footed species (brevitarsis, pseudobrevitarsis)

Re: Chrysis ? - Romania

Hi!

I can't identify it either, not enough characters are visible. I would also suspect C. mediata or C. solida - shape of ovipositor (internal segments) can help out. Ovipositor is not visible on photo - is it curved underneath or you have removed it to prepare separately?

Regards,
Villu
