yes we can see the apical margin, I would say Elampus konowi (in Paukkunen et al. 2015 as Elampus foveatus)

... metanotal lamella is large and similar in both species. Even larger in Elampus foveatus , as in your case. Therefore without examination of the specimen I cannot be sure ...

I've compared the pictures with the ones shown in the article about the nordic Cuckoo-wasps.
To me also a female of E. foveatus was the favorite.

Even though the picture is a bit blurry the shape of the apical plate is too wide to be E. constrictus from what I understand, so its likely E. foveatus . The punctation I was talking about is always covered by the wings by living specimens I'm afraid, its the middle line that is unpunctated in ...

Nice pictures, would say that is a female E. foveatus, but as the punctation on T2 isnt visible (something that is almost impossible to photograph on living animals) its more of a guess.

Ho scaricato la pubblicazione. I punti del T2 sono abbastanza fitti e piccoli e quindi vorrebbe dire E. sanzii.

Lo metto tra le bestiole da farti controllare :D
