It's gerstaeckeri, long pit on the inner side of the middle tibia is very clear.

with that large and sparse punctation on tergite 3 it should be a male Hedychrum gerstaeckeri, you can check if it has a long pit on the inner side of the middle tibia if you want to

Yes, looks like male and female of either nobile or niemelai, but I suppose the "male" could also be either sex of gerstaeckeri, it's hard to tell what sex it is as its not possible to make out if it has black hairs on not on the head
