Re: Chrysididae from Portugal

Hi Jorge,

this is a female of Chrysidea disclusa Linsenmaier.
Do you have a picture of the face in frontal view?

Cheers

Re: Chrysidids from Spain, July 2014

Hi Alex,

fantastic list :slurp:

I only observe:

1) Chrysis bidentata is surely something else, very likely Chrysis consanguinea or another similar species in this group.

2) instead of Chrysidea persica and C. pumila disclusa you have Chrysidea pumila and C. disclusa.

Ciao!
Paolo

Re: Green Chrysididae from Belgium

Dear Marie-Christine

:welcome:

yes, you're right. It should be a Trichrysis cyanea (Linnaeus), even if the anal margin is not visible. The punctuation on the thorax is quite typical and exclude other similar species as Chrysidea disclusa (Linsenmaier).

Cheers

Re: Chrysidea sp. - Italia
