should be the latter, when I see specimens with these olive green and bronze red colours it always seems to be C. illigeri, the wide shiny interstices on tergite 2 in the last picture also points towards it

yes looks like a male C. illigeri

it's a female Chrysis illigeri or bicolor, leaning towards the latter but I can't say for sure

Thew genal distance looks a bit too long for that species, I would suggest Chrysis illigeri female instead
