I'm pretty sure this is Chrysis subsinuata , but there doesn't seem to be any pictures of this ... distinguish them.. it should be the nominate subspecies or unifasciata , Hoffman 1937, as fallax Mocsary, 1889 is an eastern ...

it is a male of Chrysis subsinuata Marquet, 1879
In Spain there's a subspecies: C. subsinuata unifasciata Hoffer, 1935, but I cannot confirm it from the picture.
I think that subsinuata is a complex of different species.
