it's Hedychridium sculpturatum
and in the latest two pictures you have the male, which is chromatic dimorphic.

I just realized that I found another specimen of Hedychridium at the same place. So it might be the same species as I thought about H. sculpturatum for this one...

... and coarse. In this area there are other species with the same colouration, but with slightly different shape of the head: H. mediocrum and H. sculpturatum . Anyway, without the specimen in your hands ... it's impossible to add something else. Thanks Paolo

For me it is not rossicum (the valid name for valesiense, see the paper of Paolo Rosa), because rossicum has a gold-green metallic patch on the central sternite.
But I cannot say if it is sculpturatum or mediocrum.
