Hedychrum or Hedychridium or..(?) The Netherlands

I found this Chrysis today (4-6-2023), Southern part of The Netherlands. On Blackberry flowers.

Is it a Hedychrum or Hedychridium (roseum?)spec? Or maybe a Holopyga? I'm totally lost. Is an id possible?

Re: Hedychridium roseum?

Have you considered a male of Hedychrum niemelai or nobile? Hedychridium roseum has a distinctive non-metallic appearance of the abdomen but yours looks quite shiny/metallic. But wait for an expert to reply. I’m only just beginning to learn a few of these and could very easily be wrong!

Re: Is this Hedychridium roseum or a close relative?

Alex, thanks very much for replying. Happy to know I’ve made a little bit of progress in recognising some of the more obvious chrysidids! I’ll try and follow up on that genae character. Don’t know if you recall naming Spintharina for me last year but I was fortunate to get back to that site a few ti...

Re: Is this Hedychridium roseum or a close relative?

Yes, Hedychridium in the roseum-group, the second image shows the shapes of the genae from above, which is an important character in these species, so perhaps it's possible to ID it to species

Is this Hedychridium roseum or a close relative?

... labelled “unidentified Chrysis”. One year later I think it may be a Hedychridium, and because of the non-metallic abdomen, perhaps roseum or a close form. Can anyone confirm the correct genus? Is species ID possible? Apennine ...

... been described with violet metallic areas on abdomen, for example H. roseum bohemicum, H. roseum sudeticum, H. roseum spaceki, H. roseum nanum, ... see very well the shape of the head in dorsal view, however my guess is Hedychridium sculpturatum for the dense punctation on the abdomen and thorax ...
