Although the last year I saw this species several times, I am not very sure in my appreciation of the size. I wonder if a view of the sternites would be useful in this case. This is another specimen, shot on 29/5/2011.
Hi, this was a medium size Chrysidid; it's difficult for me to be very precise, but I think around 7 mm. For example, it was somewhat smaller than the female of Chrysura varicornis that I saw in the same place.
