Jerome is right.

This specimen is very close to C. altaica, otherwise C. analis turkestana could be another option.

I think, it is in Chrysis comparata group, maybe C. analis or related species (I don't know the species in this country).

Thanks a lot for your kind comment!
I would have been very happy getting Chlorophorus figuratus by a picture.
The one shown on the pic with the C. analis is Chlorophorus sartor which is
quite common in that special area.
