yes, it belongs to the Chrysura dichroa species group, but without specimen I can't tell you which one.
Did you collect the specimen?

From what I can see its a Chrysura sp in the dichroa-complex of species, but that is just from the slim habitus and colouration, if you have some other Chrysura or Chrysis species in Turkey with these characters I do not know.

Nice ! The margin of the T III is regular : I think it is Chrysura dichroa group, may be dichroa but there are others species I remember, no ?

al volo: specie rarissima, o probabilmente poco conosciuta perché confusa con dichroa.

Per il resto scarica il lavoro di Arens sulle Chrysis del gruppo ignita del Peloponneso (2001) è molto utile e dettagliato oltre che ricco di illustrazioni.

very interesting pictures, with the Chrysidid trying to enter into the flower.

It is a Chrysura dichroa (Dahlbom), perhaps a male. In this season they are quite common because they parasite solitary bees (e.g. Osmia), which are on the wings in spring.
