This is not C. ruddii , they have much more contrastingly gold/red/purple reflections, very dense punctation and are very broad. This is one of the slender species, like C. leptomandibularis or a slim C. angustula . Without looking ...

For the last one I think it could be Chrysis ruddii or C.rutiliventris for the narrow pronotum, the dark coloration on head and thorax and the altitude. ...

Hi Paul,
At the begining I think that the first chrysidid was ruddii but the first flagellomere have metallic reflects, malar space is too small (but these criteria are not easy to see here).
