it's a male of Chrysuratrimaculata, diagnostic are: general habitus, punctuation on T2, metanotum sharply elevated medially, white hairs on T3, red sternites with large black spots. Female T3 is long and ovoid, but in male is short and truncate.
Alex is right, Chrysuratrimaculata. The other possibility was Chrysura refulgens, which is very common and also flying in this period. However the general habitus and hairs on head and thorax are diagnostic.

The metanotum looks quite pointed, which would indicate C. trimaculata aswell, especially if the other picture you posted (link) is of the same individual.
