I'm not sure about this identification. I would exclude H. rutilans because the shape of the genital capsula. Just compare it with fig. 77 in Linsenmaier 1959 (under the name intermedium) ...

this was identified my Maurizio Pavesi in FEI as a male of Hedychrum rutilans Dahlbom, 1854.

... my Azerbaijan experience , this being the second (and last :( ) Chrysididae that I have collected. If I have seen good also this one (a male) is a Hedychrum . In rutilans femmina sono enormi e coprono gran parte dello sternite. Nelle forme affini a insperata sono invece molto strette e allungate lungo i margini ...
