Should be Chrysis daphne or related, I dont think anyone has really studied the fasciata-group species in a Palaearctic + Asiatic context, there could be synonyms hiding, for example C. zetterstedti which looks very similar to this, i.e. having the colour of C. equestris and the body shape of C. fasciata
Linsenmaier 1959 says that C. daphne should have larger and denser punctation compared to C. zetterstedti, this specimen doesnt strike me as having markedly different punctures than C. zetterstedti
