What a day it was today, with rain and wind and sometimes sun shining...
Not perfect to make nice pictures, we have to do it with these pictures..
Found 2-8-23 in Zeist, Holland.

Yes it is Hedychrum sp. (I would even say H. gerstaeckeri from the jizz and also because they like very much Achillea millefolium, but impossible to confirm by your pictures).
