Chrysid (?) in Girona, Spain

Hello, I am unable to identify this specimen, seen on an onion flower in June 2015, Girona (Catalonia, Spain). I am not even sure if it is Chrysididae. About 8 mm long. Thank you!

Very beautiful pictures and a very interesting species.

This is Hedychrum rutilans viridiauratum Mocsáry and I personally do believe that it is a valid species.
In Europe it is found in the Iberian peninsula.
