The specimen of your photo is not a Chrysidid, but a Chalcid wasp (
Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) belonging of the Family
Torymidae, maybe to the species
Torymus auratus (check
this photo).
Chalcid wasps have very simple wings with a venation system that is quite different from the Chrysidids.
Torymidae have a long ovipositor always exposed, while Chrysidids have a telescopic ovipositor.
