It looks quite strange, there are some obvious damage to the abdomen and probably the thorax as well. Probably a "birth defect" from when it pupated and something went wrong.
To me it looks like a Holopyga sp., but if the venation is correct (and not aberrant) then it must be a female Hedychrum.
There are no Hedychridium on your list that is blue on the head and thorax with red abdomen, those species always have more variation on each body part, green/gold/bronze/blue/purple/silver/red/non-metallic red, in different combinations.

Hallo Alex  ,

Englich with Google Translator.

> then it must be a female Hedychrum.
Holopyga generosa is not present in the biotope. Very often Hedychrum be found nobile
In present biotope is as host only Cerceris arenaria, Cerceris quinquefasciata, etc ..
Not present is Philanthus triangulum.

So presumably remains only Hedychrum. For the region are reported: H. gerstaeckeri, H. niemelai, H. nobile, H. rutilans.

It remains almost exclusively Hedychrum gerstaeckeri CHEVRIER 1869. But that is uncertain.
Greetings from Flensburg,
Horst :thanks:
