Chrysis sp., female, in the ignita-complex, there's lots of almost identical, and variable, species that are next to impossible to ID from pictures. And I dont think anyone has looked closer at this group at the eastern extremes of the west palearctics.

However, it does look like C. longula or perhaps C. impressa, do you have any pictures of the punctures on the start of the 2nd tergite, or some that shows the colour of the sternites? Its a bit strange that its hairs are so dense, long and white... which doesnt really fit those species. There must be untold numbers of undescribed species in Russia
