Hi,
the last times I could visit only my nearest locations to look for Chrysidids: "my" local area and our garden.
After five years had passed I met C. marginata aliunda again, the first time in my area, a male.
Also the first time one single female of C. fasciata visited that locality.
In our garden I could watch a Pseudomalus auratus grabbing an aphid. After the Chrisidid went off the aphid was still alive. One time I saw a specimen at the little bee hotel in our garden. It propbably is a female of C. leptomandibularis, a rare species in Germany.
I hope it is not the last species this year...
All the best Paul
