This one is from today in my garden on carrot flowers. 07/07/2018, 700 masl, Talara, Granada, S Spain.

its a Holopyga, the sharp temples in the last image is rules out Hedychridium and Hedychrum. No idea what species though, I find the genus hard to get a grip on

Hi!

interesting finding.
I'm not sure, but this could be the male of Holopyga merceti Kimsey or H. duplicata Linsenmaier.
However, not even Linsenmaier (1997) was able to separate males of these two species.
