This should be Chrysis scutellaris, even though the scutellum is not as contrasting as seen in western specimens.

Hmm, that is a Spanish subspecies, and its supposed to be much larger than C. scutellaris scutellaris - how big is your specimen? Compared to "normal" C. scutellaris we have in central Europe?

Also, the red/golden colour of the scutellum and metanotum varies a lot in this species, even within the same population.

I have a Chr.scutellaris marteni from France, is it possible?

This specimen is 8mm.....All Ch.scutellaris what I see and what I have in my collection was the classic colours. My specimens are all with red and golden scutellum.

No,
this should be an underscribed species from Central Asia,
I'm still working on this.
