Colour variations are not common in cuckoo wasps, however sometimes can be found in living specimens and in dry specimens. Some of the most famous cases are the holotypes of Chrysis terminata, Chrysis ignita lugubris andChrysis longula aeneopaca. For this reason I do not trust so much on colours.
However there are a few species within the Chrysis ignita group that show a peculiar colouration. Besides Chrysis fulgida and immaculata, you can easily identify Chrysis clarinicollis male and Chrysis valida female based on their metasomal colouration. However this is not one of these cases.
We need some morphological characters.
