Hi,
I think it is a female Chrysura radians group*, but I don't know the species of your country.
Is the propodeum rounded (in profil view) or +/- angulate ?

It could be a Chrysis too (median part of the front with a different sculpture).

* long and convergent malar space, TFC obsolete, sternit II red, T III margin rounded, mandibles bidentate, general colour. The punctures of T II are not as radians.

I would say Chrysura fragaria (Semenov & Nikol'skaya, 1954)
