This Chrysis spec. todyay, 01-08-2020 on a wooden post.
Location: The Netherlands, southern part
area: new housing estate, nature playground, lots of wooden posts and wooden playground equipment, abundance of wild flowers.
Size: about as large/small as a Chrysis ignita group member or T. cyanea. Difficult to guess exactly.
I've never seen this species before (in The netherlands or abroad).
Unfortunately only these four bit disappointing pictures

Thew genal distance looks a bit too long for that species, I would suggest Chrysis illigeri female instead
