Hedychridium ardens or similar? N Italy, 27 agosto.

Just a couple more ID requests to post. This small chrysidid looked much like Hedychridium ardens that I have seen at home in England. My question is, is it safe to call this H. ardens or are there similar species in the north Apennines (PC)? Seen around grass and other low plants scattered in small areas of sandy soil. Halictids and crabronids (inc Tachysphex cf panzeri) nesting. Very small and greyish at a distance, easy to confuse with tiny flies. Any advice welcome!

Hello, all my H. ardens specimens have green metallic legs, not yours. So I think it is not ardens..; but wait for another opinion...

Hi, thanks for your response. Interesting! I do recall a chrysidid with green metallic legs recently but cannot remember if it was otherwise like this one. Will have to check my other photos. Meanwhile I hope someone familiar with the Italian fauna will reply! Thanks again, Brian.
