Now I'm in Azerbaijan (looked also for Chrysididae there, seen three, 2 collected). On my return will take those photos too

I can't identify it either, not enough characters are visible. I would also suspect C. mediata or C. solida - shape of ovipositor (internal segments) can help out. Ovipositor is not visible on photo - is it curved underneath or you have removed it to prepare separately?

Unfortunately the internal segments are not prepared, never done that... is possible to see a photo with what will be the final result?
The ovipositor is inside the abdomen.
