Hi,
I think it is a female Chrysura radians group*, but I don't know the species of your country.
Is the propodeum rounded (in profil view) or +/- angulate ?
It could be a Chrysis too (median part of the front with a different sculpture).
* long and convergent malar space, TFC obsolete, sternit II red, T III margin rounded, mandibles bidentate, general colour. The punctures of T II are not as radians.
