Pseudomalus triangulifer (Abeille) - Czech Rep.

Hello everybody,

I am new to this forum and I wish to thank to those who created this website and keep it running. You do a very good job !

Now, can someone please help identify the small wasp ? Caught on 7 July 2012, Southern Bohemia, Czech republic, size 5-6 mm.

Very very nice pictures!!!

your specimen is a male belonging to the genus Pseudomalus.

I'm not 100% sure about the species ID, but i think that this is a male of Pseudomalus triangulifer Abeille. The most significant characters are given by the carinate fore femura and elongated flagellomeres (segments of the antenna).
