Chrysid from Sweden - id?

This photo is taken on the east coast of southern Sweden 15ht of august this year. Is it possible to identify this one?

Same as with the other female that was posted:
Its a female of either Hedychrum nobile or H. niemelai, the character used to separate the species is the medial flange on the 3rd sternite, which of cousre is hard to photograph in living specimens.
Size can also be used, to some extent, how large was it in millimeters?

I know size often is of importance for identifying, but often when taking photos you focus on getting a sharp picture and easily over look the size. :( This one was small, I would say approx. 10 mm.
