I have next to no experience with the southern european species, but I must say that the pictures of Chrysis sexdentata Christ, 1791 uploaded to the checklist of Italian species seem to be a good match. Its quite stocky, and with 6 abdominal teeth - of course there could be other species close to it, but it should at least be the right group of species.
