at present only 2 species are known in Turkey: T. cyanea and T. pellucida.
I exclude T. pellucida. Your specimen is closely related to T. cyanea.
Nevertheless from central Asia there are other similar species, which should be also distributed in E Turkey.
A first good starting point for species ID is the shape of the black spots on T2.
