I observed this Chrysidae the 14th of August on Eryngium campestre in the dunes of Calais in the norh of France. I think of a Hedychrum maybe Hedychrum longicolle ? What do you think ?

Yes, it's a Hedychrum,
yet I suspect a male of H. rutilans.
