Oh very pretty wasp !!
It's look like Chrysidea pumila but the nervures around the discoidal cell are very strong & dark for a Chrysidea, no ?

I should examine it.
From the picture I would say male of a Chrysis in the bihamata group.
Is the radial cell widely open?
