Hi

This wasp was seen in Ribeira do Vascão - Mértola - PORTUGAL in 21th May 2021.

Hi Jorge,

based on the dense and small punctures of mesoscutum I would say Chrysura simplex,
but other pictures are needed to confirm the ID.
