This small wasp appeared in my garden (Sollies toucas - Var - France) on an Ivy leaf for a few seconds, I found it small (maybe 5 mm) and the ID proposed on iNaturalist (by Villu) is Chrysellampus sculpticollis.

Hi Bernard,

yes, super :wohow:

I fully agree with Villu, Chrysellampus sculpticollis female.

It's generally rare, although it may be locally abundant.

As I wrote (2005), I think that in MED countries this species is bivoltine, but Martynova & Fateryga (2014) considered this species in Crimea as monovoltine with small facultative generations.

Cheers
Paolo
