Today I saw this Chrysis in the center of the Netherlands. Could it be the Chrysis immaculata?

no, it is not Chrysis immaculata, which is characterised by the blue first segment of the abdomen, with a golden stripe on the posterior margin. This is another member of the Chrysis ignita group.
