The last one (the biggest, id as 
Chrysura sp.) is 
Chrysis emarginatula female. Still quite common in Spain, rare in S of France and probably extinct (?) in NW Italy.
The ID of 
Holopyga gogorzae is correct, but now the name has changed: 
Holopyga calida Linsenmaier, 1951. The type of 
H. gogorzae belongs to another species in the 
fervida group:
